It's dark, it's soft with some pokey out bits some of which are sharp and hurt; it's like anyone else's head really.

Crap

I just wrote a blog and for whatever reason, it did not post.

I'm not writing it again.

Maybe I'll write something later.

Donnie Darko

Hey kids,

As you can see I've added a banner. Twice. That's just how good this movie is and how much I want you to go out and see it. Even if you already have. Understand, this is the director's cut.

You know you want to go see it. It's a good story, well acted, and it's got that cutie pie Jake Gyllenhaal in it. Jake acts his ass off in this movie (but try to find one that he doesn't. Go on, try! It can't be done!)

The Donnie Darko website is amazing, it's as trippy as the movie is.

If you do nothing more for me this year, give me snuggles. But, if you do two things for me this year, give me money. BUT, if you do three things for me this year go see the Director's Cut of Donnie Darko.

Better yet, take me to see Donnie Darko and we can snuggle in the theater.

Kitana!

It's Kitana's birthday today.

She's 23.

She's one of the sweetest people I know.

I'm a better person for knowing her.

Happy birthday, my love.

It's been a very long time since I've blogged. I wanted to write about Eva8's trip to see me, but I can't seem to find energy. With that said, Eva8 decided to help me out; she wrote me this email:

I decided to write a summary of my vacation for you to post in your blog. Just paste it in and pretend you wrote it.

My friend arrived in SF on a lovely sunny afternoon, and we were delighted to see each other.
soon however, the sun went down, and the creatures of the night began to stir. We got out of our cab at the hotel, and were greeted by a loathsome vampire, which we dispatched with a cross and silver bullet that I had taken from Ripleys Believe It Or Not Museum earlier in the day.

The next day we headed down to the Haight, but found the area overrun with killer bees. We saved or lives by ducking into a sacred record store, and prayed to the holy saints, and soon the bees went away. Carefully we made our way to a Japanese restaurant to regain our strength, where we celebrated with celebrities and royalty.

On the third day, as we were snapping pictures on the waterfront, when Godzilla burst out the ocean and destroyed the town. Millions of Japanese people were running for their lives. Thankfully, neither of us are Japanese.

On the fourth day, my friend was taken to the netherworld by happy elves.

On the last day of my friends vacation, Columbian spies mistook us for DEA agents, and tried to kill us, and chased our car with theirs, all through the hilly streets. And there was shooting and explosions, and skidding tires and running over chickens in china town. We finally eluded them, and escaped by climbing aboard a trolley, {cable car. ed.}which took us to a comedy club, where we laughed our asses off.

The last day we had to get up early, so my friend could catch her flying dragon flight back to New England.

The end
